Three Position Switch: Rotate handle to desired position. Input 1 is labeled as Permanent. Depending on the application, this would be either UTILITY or PERMANENT generator. OFF position indicates that there is no power transferring out of the unit. Input 2 is labeled as Temporary. This is the connection point for a PORTABLE generator. Phase Rotation Monitor (Standard): Visually monitor the correct sequence of phases L1, L2 and L3 by the presence of a yellow LED light on the Phase Rotation Monitor. If no light is present, reverse two phases on the temporary input by switching the order of any two HOT (BLK, RED, BLU or BRN, ORG, YLW) Cam-Type connections. Pad lock entry prevents unauthorized access and operation Low profile enclosure Individual cable entry holes restrict access, reducing cable theft

GFCI Branch Breakers (Standard): (2) 20 Amp 120 VAC GFCI thermal magnetic breakers to prevent nuisance tripping that can occur when using GFCI duplexes, due to condensation within the panel. (2) LED indicator lights Convenience Outlets (Standard): (2) 5-20 Duplex receptacles protected by GFCI breakers. The convenience outlets receive power from the output (load side) of the ReadySwitch X. The outlets are available for use when active power coming into the panel and the switch is NOT in the OFF position. Alternate Option: (1) L5-30 Receptacle (without duplex) Strip Heater / Thermostat (Optional): The integrated thermostat is set to Open at 60 F and Close at 40 F. The strip heater receives power from the output (load side) of the ReadySwitch X. As long as the panel has active power coming into the unit and is NOT in the OFF position, the strip heater will be maintaining the internal climate control of the unit.
